House hunting in Kigali usually means moto fare spent on a place that was let last month, or a number that never answers. Three things in Homio exist to stop that.
A landlord cannot post from the sofa. Listing photos must be taken with the camera at the property — no gallery uploads, no borrowed pictures from another advert.
Each photo records a satellite fix at the moment it is taken. Those readings are averaged into the map pin, so the location on the map is where the house actually stands.
Every listing passes a human check before going live, and again after any edit. Anything misleading is rejected.
