Business and user data is stored securely using Firebase cloud infrastructure.
Data may be stored and processed on servers located outside your country of residence. By using ZaraPOS, you consent to such storage and processing.

We do not sell personal information.

- With Firebase and Google Cloud services required to operate the application
- With service providers acting on our behalf
- When required by law or legal process

Despite our efforts, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

Account & Data Deletion
1 Request Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your ZaraPOS account and associated data at any time.

Subject: Delete ZaraPOS Account
Include: The email address or phone number linked to your ZaraPOS account.
After receiving your request, we may contact you to verify account ownership before deleting your account and associated data.
2 Data That Will Be Deleted
When your account deletion request is verified, we will delete data associated with your ZaraPOS account, including:
- User account information
- Business profile information
- Inventory and product records
- Customer records
- Supplier records
- Sales transactions
- Purchase records
- Receipts and invoices
- Employee records associated with the account
- Application data linked to your account
3 Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or regulatory compliance purposes.
Backup copies may also remain in secure backup systems for a limited period before being automatically deleted.
4 Retention Period
Verified account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of receipt.
Data stored in backups may be retained for up to 90 days before automatic deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
5 Delete Some Data Without Deleting Your Account
Users may request deletion of certain data without deleting their ZaraPOS account, such as customer records, product records, supplier records, or transaction-related data, where legally allowed.
To request partial data deletion, email mutesimugwaneza@gmail.com with the subject Delete ZaraPOS Data and describe the specific data you want deleted.
